Baseline Bookkeeping, LLC is not a registered Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm in the State of Texas and does not hold itself out as such. We do not perform services that require a CPA license in Texas, such as:

  • Audits, Reviews, or Examinations of Financial Statements: We do not conduct audits, reviews, or other attestation services as defined by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
  • Attest Services: We do not provide attest services, including issuing reports on financial statements in accordance with professional standards (e.g., GAAS, SSAE).
  • Public Assurance Work: We do not provide assurance or verification of the accuracy or completeness of financial information for third parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information necessary for us to perform our Services.
